Disclaimer
mparivaahan.com is an independent information website. It is not connected to the Government of India, MoRTH, NIC, the Parivahan Sewa portal, the NextGen mParivahan app, or any state RTO. This is not the official mParivahan website.
Nothing on this site processes a real government action. We cannot issue an RC, fetch a DL, pay a challan, update your mobile number with the RTO, or remove a blacklist. Every one of those tasks happens only on the Government of India’s own portals — parivahan.gov.in, vahan.parivahan.gov.in, sarathi.parivahan.gov.in, echallan.parivahan.gov.in — and on the official NextGen mParivahan app published by NIC. What this site does is explain the steps and send you to the correct official URL.
One rule worth remembering: a real government portal will never ask you to share your Aadhaar number, OTP, MPIN, card CVV, UPI PIN, or password through a third-party website. We do not collect any of these here. If you ever land on a page that asks for them while claiming to be Parivahan or mParivahan, leave immediately and never enter your details.
Government processes change. Fees move, forms get renumbered, URLs get redirected, and state RTOs update their workflows on their own timelines. We check what we publish against the live portals while writing, and we revise pages when we notice changes. The final source of truth is always the official portal at the moment you act — if a step in our guide differs from what you actually see on the government portal, trust the portal.
Nothing here is legal or official advice. If your case involves a court summons, a non-bailable warrant, a denied insurance claim, or a serious dispute with the RTO, talk to a lawyer or your local RTO directly. A website cannot replace that.
