mparivaahan.com is an independent informational website about India’s transport services — driving licences, vehicle registration, e-challans, and the NextGen mParivahan app. The site is not affiliated with the Government of India, the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH), the National Informatics Centre (NIC), or any State Transport Department. It is not the official mParivahan portal, and we do not issue, modify, or store any government documents.

Every official transaction — applying for a licence, downloading an RC, paying a challan, updating your mobile number with the RTO — happens only on the Government of India’s own portals: parivahan.gov.in, vahan.parivahan.gov.in, sarathi.parivahan.gov.in, echallan.parivahan.gov.in, and the official NextGen mParivahan mobile app developed by NIC. This site only explains the steps, points you to the correct official URL, and lists the verified information that users commonly look for.

We do not collect Aadhaar numbers, OTPs, MPINs, payment details, or any personal data through this site. We do not run paid services, intermediary services, or any kind of agent-style assistance. Information published here is double-checked against the live government portals at the time of writing, but government processes, fees, forms, and URLs can change. Always confirm on the relevant official portal before acting on anything you read here.
